الشحن والإرجاع

التوصيل

نوصل إلى جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية.
الرياض: 1 – 3 أيام عمل. باقي مناطق المملكة: 2 – 5 أيام عمل.
الشحن مجاناً للطلبات من 250 ر.س فأكثر، ورسوم ثابتة 25 ر.س (شاملة الضريبة) لما دون ذلك.
تبدأ مدة التوصيل من تاريخ شحن الطلب، ولا تشمل الجمع والعطل الرسمية.
إذا تعذر التسليم بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم الرد، قد تُطبق رسوم إعادة توصيل.

ضمان الجودة

إذا وصلك منتج تالف أو منتهي الصلاحية أو مخالف لطلبك، أبلغنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع صور واضحة للمنتج والعبوة، وسنستبدله أو نعيد لك قيمته بالكامل — ونتحمل نحن تكلفة الإرجاع.

الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام

يمكن إرجاع المنتجات غير المفتوحة وبختمها الأصلي خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام.
يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع في هذه الحالة (تُخصم من قيمة الاسترداد)، ما لم يكن الخطأ منا.
لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات الغذائية بعد فتح العبوة لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة الغذائية، إلا إذا كان المنتج معيباً.

الإلغاء والاسترداد

يمكنك إلغاء الطلب مجاناً قبل شحنه عبر الواتساب أو البريد.
تُعاد المبالغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل من استلام المنتج وفحصه.
طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام تُسترد عبر حوالة بنكية.

Shipping & Returns (English)

Delivery

We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Riyadh: 1–3 working days. Rest of the Kingdom: 2–5 working days.
Free shipping on orders of SAR 250 and above; a flat SAR 25 (VAT included) below that.
Delivery times run from dispatch and exclude Fridays and public holidays.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no answer, a redelivery fee may apply.

Quality guarantee

If an item arrives damaged, expired or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we cover the return cost.

7-day returns

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping is at the customer’s cost in this case (deducted from the refund) unless the error was ours.
Opened food products cannot be returned for food-safety reasons, unless the product is defective.

Cancellations & refunds

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch, by WhatsApp or email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
