يُدار موقع thegristmills.com من قبل مؤسسة Greenlife Trading Est. (الرقم الموحد 7016607058 — الرقم الضريبي 310492177400003)، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. The Grist Mill علامة تجارية تابعة للمؤسسة. باستخدامك للموقع أو إتمامك لأي طلب فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

الطلبات

يُعد الطلب عرضاً للشراء، ولا ينعقد العقد إلا عند تأكيدنا للطلب وشحنه.
يحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال نفاد المخزون أو وجود خطأ في السعر أو اشتباه في الاحتيال، مع رد المبلغ بالكامل.
يجب أن تكون البيانات المدخلة (الاسم، الجوال، العنوان) صحيحة وكاملة.

الأسعار والدفع

جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي وشاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة 15%.
وسائل الدفع المتاحة: البطاقات عبر ماي فاتورة، والدفع عند الاستلام.
تُرسل فاتورة ضريبية مع كل طلب.

الشحن والإرجاع

تُطبق سياسة الشحن والإرجاع وتُعتبر جزءاً من هذه الشروط.

المنتجات والمعلومات الغذائية

قد يختلف لون المنتج الطبيعي أو قوامه قليلاً من دفعة لأخرى، وهذا لا يعد عيباً.
يُرجى قراءة ملصق العبوة دائماً لمعرفة المكونات ومسببات الحساسية. منتج نخالة القمح يحتوي على الجلوتين.
المعلومات المنشورة على الموقع لأغراض التعريف بالمنتج فقط وليست استشارة طبية، ولا تغني عن مراجعة المختص. استشيري طبيبك قبل تغيير نظامك الغذائي.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع النصوص والصور والعلامات التجارية في الموقع مملوكة للمؤسسة، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجارياً دون إذن كتابي.

حدود المسؤولية

مسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال محدودة بقيمة الطلب المدفوعة. ولا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الظروف القاهرة أو سوء تخزين المنتج بعد الاستلام.

الخصوصية

تُعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

النظام الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُحل النزاعات ودياً قدر الإمكان، وإلا فأمام الجهات المختصة في الرياض.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch it.
We may decline or cancel an order in case of stock shortage, pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Name, mobile number and address must be accurate and complete.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include 15% VAT.
Accepted payment methods: cards via MyFatoorah, and cash on delivery.
A tax invoice is issued with every order.

Shipping & returns

Our Shipping & Returns policy applies and forms part of these terms.

Products & food information

Natural products vary slightly in colour and texture between batches; this is not a defect.
Always read the pack label for ingredients and allergens. Wheat bran contains gluten.

Intellectual property

All text, images and trademarks on this site belong to the establishment and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited in all cases to the value of the order paid. We are not liable for courier delays, force majeure, or improper storage of the product after delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are settled amicably where possible, failing which by the competent authorities in Riyadh.
