Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine The Grist Mill Gold Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cut in Butter: Add the cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add Buttermilk: Pour in the buttermilk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
