Ingredients:
- 1 cup The Grist Mill Stone Ground Wheat Bran
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together The Grist Mill Stone Ground Wheat Bran, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. If using, fold in the blueberries.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
